Chef Nicolas Aujay opened his first restaurant 50 meters from the Hidden Hotel. He wanted to create a friendly place, made of velvet & art-deco accents, where you can also take a look into the kitchen thanks to the glass windows. Nicolas Aujay’s creative gourmet cuisine is prepared with seasonal products and finds inspiration in French and Japanese cuisine, as well as in Nicolas’ encounters and memories… Very good value for money: €48 for a gourmet 3-course menu.
